Here is our process to help you see how we operate to ensure that your taxes are made the right way!
The first step starts with an information request. As part of the process, you will have to upload all relevant tax documents on our secure information exchange platform. Your financial data's security is our number one priority, we only use the latest and safest platform to ensure that your data is aptly encrypted to keep it away from prying eyes.
After you have provided us with the information requested from you in the previous step, our team will then diligently evaluate it and inform you if there is something missing or if we have any follow-up questions for you. If we happen to send you a follow-up email regarding your financial information, please revert back to us as soon as possible to prevent delayed processing and higher fees.
In this step, our experienced Enrolled Agent will start working on your Tax Return.
Once your tax return has been completed, we will send you an electronic copy for your review. If there is something you would like to discuss about your tax return, you may send us an email to schedule a call and we will gladly pen you in our calendar to talk about the contents of your tax return.
You will receive an E-File authorization from us in order for our team to file for you. After you have placed your signature on the E-File authorization, you will need to send them back to us so we can finalize the electronic filing of your taxes.
Before we can finally E-File your returns, we will send you an invoice for the remainder of the bill for the service rendered. Please bear in mind that the invoice must be settled prior to us e-filing your tax return.

We will help you respond to routine tax authority inquiries at no additional cost. Additional fees will apply to subsequent consulting and tax advice.
